Manager - SCM: Profile Requirements: Having a minimum of 10 years (after B.Tech) / 12 years (after M.Sc) of experience in Raw material procurement from Pharma / Chemical industry. Exposure to raw material procurement across multiple products / production sites. Hands on experience in Logistics (Air / Sea / Road). Working knowledge in SAP / Other ERP system. Working knowledge of Microsoft office, Internet and E-mailing. Having good oral & verbal communication skills. Job Description: Understanding of Production planning thoroughly and plan RM procurement accordingly. Prepare, procure and handle RM delivery schedule as per changing Production plans. Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, or Construction (masters preferred). Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP & Procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Certifications : CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent.
