Multi-step synthesis of Chemical active molecules Development of new methodologies for organic synthesis Synthesis of organic molecules by various strategies Expertise in handling air and moisture sensitive compounds, their purification and preparation procedures Identify experimental problems and resolve them independently Expertise in interpretation of Spectroscopic data like H1 NMR, C13 NMR, IR Spectroscopy, etc. Must have experience in Polymorphism, Crystallization process development, particle size distribution studies and Solid-state characterization.Must have experience in advanced characterization with PXRD, DSC, TGA, Raman, and single crystal XRD.Should have experience in designing, screening, and characterization of pharmaceutical co-crystals.Must be familiar with Spray drying, freezing drying and other related process. Must be familiar with achieving desired PSD using various techniques (by varying parameters of crystallization, micronization, milling etc
