Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a School Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the entire admissions process. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, conducting school tours, providing information on programs and policies, assisting with the application process, and engaging in follow-up communication. The role also involves coordinating with other school departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the admissions processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
