Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop machining processes, tools, and equipment to meet production requirements. Conduct feasibility studies on new projects to determine viability of manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce costs. Analyze data from sensors, CNC machines, and other sources to identify areas for improvement. Develop solutions to resolve issues related to machine performance, tooling design, or process optimization. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Machining Engineer). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM), controlling systems (e.g., Siemens S7), costing principles, engine design principles, machining techniques (turning & milling), manufacturing engineering concepts.
