Role: Delivery Lead Skillset: Talent management, delivery management in a product engineering environment Experience: 15+ years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee our product engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and delivery management within a product engineering environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities: Act as an SBU Head own the vision, strategy and roadmap to grow the company as a strategic asset. Work with senior stakeholders to define growth strategy – including talent planning, capability building, and service line expansion. Demonstrate a commercial mindset : mine existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and support client engagement initiatives. Build and mentor a high-performing team , focusing on leadership development, domain capability, and delivery excellence. Establish strong internal processes and governance to scale delivery while ensuring agility and innovation. Drive thought leadership and bring innovative ideas to expand the scope and relevance of the SBU. Lead and manage the delivery of product engineering projects. Oversee talent management and team development. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables (Customers Architects, Project Managers, etc) Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience managing large-scale delivery centers or offshore units. Ability to think strategically , with a structured approach to solving complex organizational challenges. Strong business acumen – experience in account mining, pre-sales, and supporting commercial growth. Excellent communication and listening skills – ability to engage at senior levels, both internally and with clients. Demonstrated initiative and innovation – history of bringing new ideas to scale teams or services. Deep understanding of talent strategy , especially in building capabilities for long-term delivery success. Preferably familiar with or having experience working in/with GCC models or similar offshore delivery constructs. Hands-on technical experience in coding ( Java , C# , Angular, .net core etc) Preferred Background: 15+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Exposure to both delivery and commercial functions. Experience across domains, with the flexibility to adapt and scale in new areas. Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
