Role & responsibilities Manage the existing customers mapped to you in terms of sales & servicing Interact with customers who show interest in lead based campaigns with an objective of converting their interest into a transaction Responsible for the Cross selling of the Third Party distribution products viz. Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Mutual Funds and other distribution products Explain finer details of the product to the customer and assist them in completing the transactions online Meeting KRA targets in terms of Calling & Business activity which includes, dial-outs (this is not a field job), unique customers contacted and business conversions in terms of transactions, value & net revenue generation Generate references from existing mapped customers for New Account sourcing Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with customers Preferred candidate profile Experience : 1 - 4 Years in securities/broking (PG/MBA freshers can apply) Education : Graduation / PGDM / MBA NISM 8 certified (mandatory) Mail CVs on : owais.pathan@sbicapsec.com
