SAS Fraud Management Developer

You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining SAS Fraud Management (SFM) solutions to detect and prevent fraud. Your role will involve integrating SAS SFM with internal and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and analysis. Additionally, you will design, implement, and fine-tune fraud detection models to effectively identify fraudulent transactions. Customizing rules, alerts, and workflows within SAS SFM to align with organizational requirements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Analyzing large datasets to identify fraud patterns and trends, ensuring accurate and actionable insights, is a crucial part of this role. You will also be required to monitor system performance and optimize SAS SFM applications for efficiency and scalability. Thorough testing, including unit, system, and UAT, will be conducted by you to ensure that the solutions meet business needs. It is essential to ensure that the solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Moreover, creating and maintaining detailed technical and functional documentation for all SFM implementations will be part of your routine tasks. Collaborating closely with business, IT teams, and stakeholders to comprehend fraud management needs and deliver appropriate solutions is another key responsibility. Skills Required: - Proficiency in SAS technologies, especially SAS Fraud Management (SFM). - Strong command over Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS Visual Analytics. - Experience in data integration utilizing ETL tools and methods. - Knowledge of database systems such as SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, along with advanced query skills. - Solid understanding of fraud detection methodologies, rules, and algorithms.
