Key Responsibilities

• Deliver

  Level 1 and Level 2 support

  across SAP modulesMM, SD, PP, PM, and PS—including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Perform

  hands-on configuration

  and minor system enhancements to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain

  functional specifications

  for enhancements, reports, or integrations.
• Participate in

  system testing

  , change management, and the deployment of patches, upgrades, and SAP transports.
• Drive

  process optimization

  initiatives, ensuring system performance aligns with business objectives.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis teams and external consultants for complex issues or enhancements.
  
• Conduct

  end-user training

  , and create supporting documentation and user guides.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

  Information Technology

  ,

  Computer Science

  ,

  Business Systems

  , or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of SAP experience

  , including

  1 to 2 years of hands-on configuration

  in one or more SAP modules.
• Functional knowledge in at least one of the following:

  MM, SD, PP, PM, or PS

  .
• Familiarity with

  manufacturing processes

  such as production planning, procurement, goods movement, and sales order processing.
• Understanding of

  SAP module integration points

  and data flow.
• Experience working with

  end users

  to analyze requirements and deliver appropriate SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and

  documentation skills

  .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA

  is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with

  SAP Fiori apps

  and modern user interface functionalities.
• Exposure to

  custom developments

  including user exits, BADIs, or workflows.
• Understanding of

  transport management

  , change request handling, and version control.
• Prior experience in a

  discrete or process manufacturing

  environment.
