We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The role involves implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC across global clients. The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise and the ability to manage end-to-end configurations, integrations, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC modules (e.g., Personal/Job Information, Position Management, Foundation Objects)
  
• Define and manage Business Rules, Workflows, Events, and Event Reasons
  
• Administer Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Proxy Management, and User Permissions
  
• Manage Picklists, MDF Objects, and Data Models
  
• Perform data migration and validation using templates and imports
  
• Collaborate with integration teams for cross-module and third-party system integration
  
• Support blueprinting, functional design, SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
  
• Handle post-go-live support, user training, and change requests
  
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and the SAP Activate methodology
  

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors EC
  
• Hands-on experience with EC configuration, Workflows, Business Rules, and RBP
  
• Experience with Picklists, MDF, Data Migration, and EC integrations
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is preferred
  

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Time Off, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals
  
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or Excel-based reporting
  
• Exposure to SAP HCM integration or middleware (Boomi/PI/CPI)
