We are looking for an SAP Smartstream Senior Consultant to join the EY GDS Team. As part of our EY GDS TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Smartstream across various regions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements. To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences. You should have 4-7 years of experience in one or more areas within SAP Smartstream, preferably with Global clients. Additionally, experience in Smartstream integration with SAP systems, data exchange, workflow automation, and Smart data streaming modules in Web IDE is required. A deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes, client management, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment are essential for this role. Ideally, you'll also have a strong knowledge of Smartstream integration points with other SAP modules like FICO, MM, SD, HR, PP, and PM, as well as SAP Certification in SAP Smartstream. As an SAP Smartstream Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications, leading and mentoring the entire FI team, coordinating the resolution of complex technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders, developing and maintaining documentation, mentoring junior team members, staying updated on industry trends, participating in on-call rotation, and providing off-hours support as needed.
