SAP Service Management/CS

You are a passionate and experienced Senior SAP CS (Customer Service) / Service Management Consultant joining Viking Family. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to global rollouts, drive value for business operations in the service domain, and work on transformation initiatives. As a Senior SAP CS/SM Consultant, your key responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP CS/SM solutions. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, configure SAP CS modules such as Service Orders, Contracts, Warranties, Notifications, and Installed Base, and integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, and PM modules. You will drive continuous improvements, deliver system enhancements based on user needs, provide expert-level support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for custom requirements. Additionally, you will conduct workshops, user training, and prepare documentation. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS/Service Management, a strong understanding of service processes, proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects and global rollouts, the ability to write functional specs, coordinate with the ABAP team, good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (SD/MM/PM), excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. Possessing SAP certification is preferred but not mandatory. Moreover, it would be nice to have experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations, exposure to Fiori apps related to Service Management and CS, and understanding of ServiceNow or external ticketing tool integration with SAP.
