The ideal candidate should have a passion for tech recruitment, expert sourcing abilities, and up-to-date knowledge of modern recruiting tools and strategies. What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment Strong hands-on expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring model Experience working with product-based clients is a must Proficient in Boolean Search , X-Ray Search , and other advanced sourcing techniques Highly active and engaged on LinkedIn , with the ability to attract top talent Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or similar AI-based sourcing enhancements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: Experience with ATS platforms like Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar Basic understanding of SAP technologies and modules Strong networking within the SAP talent pool Why Join Us?
