We are seeking an experienced SAP ONB & OFB Consultant with a proven track record of at least two ECC implementations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SAP Onboarding (ONB) and Offboarding (OFB) solutions, with a deep understanding of integrating these processes with SAP ECC. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP Onboarding (ONB) and Offboarding (OFB) solutions. Integrate ONB/OFB processes with SAP ECC systems to streamline employee lifecycle management. Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP ONB & OFB Consultant, including at least two ECC implementations. Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP Onboarding and Offboarding solutions. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP ECC integration with ONB and OFB modules. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. Proficiency in SAP configuration and data management.
