The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP MM and WM implementation projects, with a proven track record of at least 1-2 years of experience in

  cloud-based SAP implementations

  .
• Conduct detailed business requirement analysis, solution design, and configuration within SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Master Data, MRP) and WM (Warehouse Structures, Putaway, Picking, IM-WM integration).
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and value realization within materials and warehouse management.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications for complex enhancements, integrations, and reports, collaborating closely with technical teams.
• Oversee and actively participate in testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) to ensure solution integrity and alignment with business needs.
• Lead client workshops, facilitate discussions, and manage stakeholder expectations across all project phases.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to their professional development and project success.
• Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and effort estimations for new opportunities.

Basic Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 9-14 years of progressive experience as an SAP MM WM Functional Consultant.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on, end-to-end implementation experience in cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public or Private Edition).

• Deep expertise in SAP MM configuration, master data, and business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Release Strategy, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in SAP WM configuration and processes (Warehouse Structures, Storage Types/Bins, Strategies, RF transactions, TR/TOs).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and interact effectively with senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
• SAP MM or WM certification is highly desirable.
