SAP MES Integration Specialist

You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior SAP MES Integration Specialist with over 5 years of experience in SAP ERP to MES integration, particularly within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Your expertise includes hands-on knowledge of SCADA systems, OEE tracking, and Industry 4.0/IIoT technologies, coupled with a deep understanding of data integrity, compliance, and electronic batch records. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement seamless SAP ERP to MES integration solutions customized for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and GxP regulations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining electronic batch records (EBRs) to ensure data integrity throughout all production processes. Additionally, configuring and integrating SCADA systems with MES for real-time production monitoring and automation, monitoring and optimizing OEE to enhance manufacturing efficiency, and leveraging IIoT 4.0 technologies for improved process visibility and operational excellence will be key responsibilities. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, training, and support to site engineering and IT teams. Troubleshooting MES-related issues and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely resolution will also be part of your duties. As the ideal candidate, you hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. You possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MES and ERP integration, with a proven track record in GMP-compliant pharmaceutical or life sciences environments. Your strong knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial automation platforms, OEE tracking, and proficiency in IIoT and Industry 4.0 concepts set you apart. Familiarity with electronic batch records (EBRs) and manufacturing data compliance, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, is expected. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential for this role. Preferred certifications such as SAP MES Certification, ISA-95 or ISA-88 Standards Training, and GMP/GAMP 5 Training or Certification are beneficial but optional for this position.,
