Working Model: Onsite-Offshore Hybrid (specific onsite requirements to be discussed) About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager - SAP Professional to lead a diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex SAP implementations, roll-outs, and upgrades, with a particular focus on S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, oversee project financials, and excel in an onsite-offshore delivery model. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership (SAP Focus): Lead and manage end-to-end projects, including full-cycle SAP Implementations, global Roll-Outs, and system Upgrades. Demonstrate hands-on experience and strategic oversight of S/4HANA transformation and conversion projects, covering both On-Premise and HANA on Cloud deployments. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships and expectations with all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across diverse groups. Project Oversight & Control: Take full ownership of project budgeting, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress meticulously, identify and mitigate risks, and provide accurate and timely project status reports to all relevant parties. Delivery Model Expertise: Proficiently manage projects operating in an onsite-offshore delivery model, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear task delegation, and effective communication between distributed teams. General Project Management: Apply strong project management methodologies and best practices to ensure project success. (Optional, if applicable) Leverage project management experience gained in Non-SAP environments as an added advantage, demonstrating adaptable leadership skills. Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 10+ years in Project Management. Relevant Years of Experience: 7 to 8 years specifically managing SAP projects. Mandatory Skills: Proven expertise in Project Management, particularly within the SAP ecosystem. Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation/conversion projects. Demonstrated ability to manage projects in an onsite-offshore working model. Strong background in project budgeting, planning, tracking, and reporting. Excellent stakeholder management capabilities. Desired Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
