Role & responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 Years

Mandatory experience working in a manufacturing environment.

To Assist IT Department in Implementation of ERP Applications, Mobile applications, Customized applications, Maintain & support the Respective Business on ERP & Mobile applications.

- Good Proficiency in ERP Functionalities & Practices.

- Good Understanding in Software Applications & Computer Systems.

- Good knowledge on Microsoft products like Emailing, MS Office, Microsoft 365.

- Gathering Requirements from Business Process teams & preparing requirement Documents.

- Co-ordinating with the available vendors on solution approach of requirements gathered from the Business Process team.

- Testing the Functionality Developed by Vendors and ensuring the requirements are met as per the business needs.

- Providing required training to the ERP users / Mobile app Users.

- Resolve the all the IT tickets & Quires raised by the any Software application users within the turnaround time.

- Provide Support in Additional Responsibilities as and when required for IT Dept.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
