Role & responsibilities Create, update, and maintain financial master data in SAP FICO (e.g., General Ledger, Cost Elements, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Vendors, Customers). Ensure master data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems and processes. Monitor and resolve master data issues and discrepancies in coordination with finance users and IT support teams. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data inputs. Support finance operations and month-end activities by ensuring master data availability and accuracy. Follow internal controls and compliance requirements related to financial master data management. Generate reports and metrics related to master data accuracy, completeness, and governance. Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to MDM standardization and automation. Provide training and documentation to finance users on MDM processes and tools. Support audits and data reconciliations as required.
