Relevant Experience with SAP ECC FICO, A/P Standard costing, A/R & COPA processes. Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP FICO module, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Good understanding of IDocs, EDI, and batch job monitoring Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests related to FICO processes. Monitor and resolve issues in FICO cycle.
