SAP Data Migration

The job designation is SAP Data Migration-P3II-Remote, and the mandatory skills include SAP Data Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, and Data Migration. As a SAP Data Migration specialist, your key responsibilities will involve designing and implementing data migration strategies for SAP B5S/4HANA projects. This includes analyzing legacy system data and defining migration approaches such as direct transfer, staging tables, and ETL tools. You will be required to extract, cleanse, transform, and load data to meet S/4HANA requirements using SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) and SAP BODS. Ensuring data quality through validation and reconciliation processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders is essential. Collaboration with functional teams like Finance, Supply Chain, and PP to align data with business processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including migration strategy, mapping rules, and error resolution logs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) for S/4HANA migrations, proficiency in ETL tools like SAP BODS, Data Integrator, or equivalent, in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures, models, and Master Data Governance (MDG) integration, and knowledge of SAP SLT, LTMC, IDocs, LSMW, and staging-based migration approaches. Utilizing SLT, IDocs, CDS views, OData services, and APIs for real-time data migration and integration is also required.
