SAP Data and Security Analyst – GRC Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Security, GRC, BIS, Data Custodian role, with hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good command of Excel and PowerPoint, and a proactive approach to learning and upskilling. You will work closely with IT, audit, functional and business teams to ensure secure and compliant SAP system operations for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage security policies and procedures on S/4Hana, Fiori, RISE, BTP and Hana.

Monitor and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Able to configure and manage Access Control (AC) components within SAP GRC (such as ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).

Knowledge and experience on other SAP security products like SAP Data Custodian, UI Data Masking, BIS, Audit Management etc

Support internal and external audits by preparing access reports, logs, and documentation.

Collaborate with business users to understand access needs and design compliant role structures.

Create and maintain documentation using Excel and PowerPoint for training, reporting, and presentations.

Stay updated on SAP security best practices and actively pursue learning opportunities to upskill in emerging technologies and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

25 years of experience in SAP Security administration, particularly in cloudand GRC modules.

Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role-based access control, and user management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and take initiative on process improvement.

Open to work with different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SOX, GDPR, or other regulatory compliance frameworks.

SAP certification in Security or GRC (optional but preferred).

Exposure to S/4HANA and other technologies like Business Integrity Screening, Audit Management environments is an advantage.
