SAP CX Business Systems Analyst KLA is seeking a SAP CX Business Systems Analyst to join our IT group. This role is crucial for enabling business growth and productivity through customer service, creativity, and technological excellence. You'll be a key player in facilitating requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation of SAP CX modules to enhance our operational efficiency. Responsibilities Facilitate conversations to assess requirements , define scope, and recommend best practices for SAP CX. Conduct workshops and design sessions to help clients fully utilize the functionality of their SAP CX products. Provide guidance and support for the transition to SAP Service Cloud and FSM modules and SAP S/4HANA , leveraging knowledge of new features and capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver scalable and reliable SAP CX solutions. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Document all Best Known Methods (BKMs) and provide support as needed.
