As a Senior Application Analyst at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in the Center of Expertise for SAP by leveraging your expertise in BTP RAP, UI5/FIORI consultation, SAP Technical Solution Consultation & Design, SAP BTP Cloud Development (RAP), SAP ABAP Development Leadership, BTP BPA, Workflow, and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include driving BTP-based project implementations and governance topics, collaborating with IT solution providers to address technical requirements, and ensuring smooth business operations by efficiently handling change requests. Your hands-on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CSD, OData, Gateway, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, UI5, Fiori, ATC, and code inspector configurations will be essential for leading teams and driving various initiatives. Your strong hands-on experience with SAP RAP and CAP models, proficiency with SAPUI5, Fiori, and/or other front-end web development frameworks, as well as experience in implementing BTP services like Build Work Zone, Build Process Automation, or HANA Cloud will be advantageous. Job Summary: The SAP Fiori Developer is responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly SAP Fiori applications. This role involves working closely with functional and technical teams to enhance the user experience by leveraging SAPUI5, OData services, and the SAP Fiori design guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 framework Extend and enhance standard Fiori apps to meet business requirements Integrate Fiori apps with backend SAP systems using OData and RESTful services Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to translate requirements into technical designs Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness Troubleshoot and debug front-end and integration issues Follow SAP Fiori design guidelines and ensure a consistent user experience Work with ABAP developers to support OData service development and enhancement Maintain and document technical components, interfaces, and development standards Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and XML Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway and OData service integration Experience with SAP Web IDE, BAS (Business Application Studio), or VS Code Good understanding of MVC architecture and Fiori design principles Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments Familiarity with SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Controls Knowledge of ABAP for debugging and collaborating with backend teams
