SAP Advanced Business Application Programming Developer

As an Application Developer at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to key decisions. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively and will be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Leading team meetings to discuss progress and challenges, you will also identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Additionally, mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills will be a part of your role. Must-have skills for this position include proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, a strong understanding of SAP HANA database architecture, experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for performance, knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development, as well as hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development. Good-to-have skills include experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. This position is based at Accenture's Hyderabad office, and a 15 years full-time education is required.,
