Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall plant operations to ensure smooth production and supply chain efficiency. Oversee daily plant activities including raw material receipt, production, packaging, storage, and dispatch. Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance. Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Manage manpower planning, training, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with procurement, quality control, logistics, and senior management for operational alignment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Ensure equipment maintenance and operational efficiency at all levels. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong experience in water plant management and beverage plant operations.
