Salon Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and assisting with social media promotions. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty and wellness, and enjoy engaging with clients online and in person, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Customer Service:

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle client inquiries.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain an organized reception area and assist with inventory tracking.

Sales & Client Engagement:

• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to maximize sales.
• Educate clients on ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
• Assist in upselling treatments and recommending beauty products based on client needs.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

• Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, client testimonials) on social media platforms.
• Respond to online inquiries, messages, and comments professionally and promptly.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, collaborations, and promotions.
• Keep up with beauty trends to enhance the salon’s online presence.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, youtube, etc.).
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to promote services and products.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment booking software.
• Passion for the beauty, wellness, or fashion industry is a plus!
