Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Gurugram. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks will include property tours, attending meetings, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contract terms. The role involves frequent interaction with both clients and industry professionals to ensure satisfactory real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Closing Sales Deals
• Market Research, Competitor Analysis
• Effective Communication, Negotiation Skills, Networking
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Educational background in Business, Marketing or related field
• Relevant experience in real estate sales is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
