SALESMAN - JEWELLERY

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales:
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance.
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate jewellery products, explaining their features, pricing, and value.
• Close sales transactions and process payments accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
• Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the store’s jewellery collection, including diamonds, gemstones, gold, and other precious metals.
• Educate customers on jewellery care, certifications, and authenticity.
• Stay updated on market trends and new product arrivals to provide knowledgeable service.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare daily sales reports, record sales, and submit them to the store manager.
• Contribute to promotional activities and support marketing campaigns.
• Inventory & Visual Merchandising:
• Assist in maintaining proper stock levels, conducting inventory checks, and managing stock reorders.
• Help in arranging and maintaining the jewellery display to ensure it is visually appealing and attracts customer attention.
• Ensure that all displayed products are clean, polished, and in excellent condition.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Contact customers to inform them about new arrivals, special promotions, or exclusive offers.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and address any feedback.
• Operational Support:
• Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Handle paperwork related to sales, warranties, and repairs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,490.04 per month
