To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce.com Development and knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration. You should be familiar with the Salesforce.com platform and its ecosystem, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The role requires you to work both independently and in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
