We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and accuracy in our quoting and pricing processes, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ to align with business requirements, developing and managing price books, product rules, and discount schedules, as well as collaborating with sales, product management, and finance teams to ensure competitive pricing. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, interface with technical personnel to finalize requirements, and participate in the development of system components of moderate complexity. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4 years of Salesforce development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Salesforce CPQ administration and development. A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization, a strong understanding of pricing strategies, and prior experience with global Salesforce implementations are essential. You should also be familiar with Salesforce workflows, data sharing rules, Apex, Lightning, and have expertise in development languages such as Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and others. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong research abilities, knowledge of industry best practices in development, and the capacity to work effectively with internal and external technology resources. Experience with automation tools like Copado CRT, Jenkins, Selenium, or Neoload is advantageous. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are important for this role.
