As a Salesforce Administrator at our company, your primary responsibility will be to administer and maintain Salesforce SalesCloud and CPQ. This includes managing user accounts, security settings, workflows, validation rules, and ensuring data integrity. You will also be tasked with configuring and customizing Salesforce SalesCloud and CPQ to align with our business requirements, which may involve designing custom objects, fields, layouts, dashboards, and reports. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and managing workflows, processes, and automation rules within Salesforce SalesCloud and CPQ to streamline various business operations such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Quotes, and Ordering processes. Collaboration with stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role, as you will gather requirements, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality and usability. Additionally, you will oversee the integration between Salesforce CPQ Cloud, MuleSoft, and Sage/SAP ERP to ensure seamless data flow and consistency. It will be essential for you to develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support Salesforce users and drive adoption. Staying current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices is crucial, as you will need to proactively recommend improvements to enhance system performance and usability. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and maintain system stability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, will be necessary to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required, and additional certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Developer are a plus. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on SalesCloud and CPQ, is also necessary. Proficiency in the MuleSoft integration platform and experience integrating Salesforce with other systems is essential. Experience with Sage ERP integration and administration is highly desirable. You should have a strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder. Excellent communication skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is key, and being detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and support is crucial.
