Salesforce nCino Developer

As an experienced Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in nCino, you will be a valuable addition to our dynamic remote team. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System, particularly within Loan Origination and Commercial Banking processes. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on Salesforce and nCino platforms using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow. You will also configure and customize nCino products, implement process automation, and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is essential. You will follow Salesforce best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and test-driven development. Conducting code reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and troubleshooting production issues will be part of your routine tasks. Working in an Agile/Scrum environment, you will contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups. To be successful in this role, you should have 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, along with 3+ years of experience working with nCino and implementing Bank Operating System workflows. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is required. A strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, unit testing, code coverage, and debugging techniques is necessary. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are also key attributes for this position. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification, nCino certification, exposure to DocGen tools, security models, and user access management within Salesforce, as well as knowledge of banking regulations and compliance considerations.
