The position of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Rebates Technical Lead requires a professional with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a critical necessity of at least 8+ years of Salesforce technical expertise. It is essential to possess a core understanding of B2B pricing procedures related to SAP and rebates structures. Experience with two end-to-end transformation implementations on rebates is a strong prerequisite for selection. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical skills in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Integrations, as well as the ability to review and write Apex, batch jobs, and LWC components. Collaborative teamwork is crucial, along with familiarity with data migration processes and hands-on experience in this area being a plus. Direct interaction with customer teams and timely securing of IT design approvals are key aspects of the role. Knowledge of integration patterns applicable to Salesforce, with a preference for REST API, is desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as familiarity with agile principles and experience in working on agile teams, are important. An understanding of the core delivery process and project phases is also required. In this role, the Technical Lead will be responsible for implementing technical solutions on Salesforce Lightning and Manufacturing Cloud rebates. Awareness of CPQ will be advantageous. Updating documentation and detailed solution designs with appropriate low-level details, as well as leading a team of junior associates and mentoring them for project output, are key responsibilities. Troubleshooting and writing Apex and LWC components, working with technologies such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, and possessing strong administrative experience in Salesforce configuration are essential.
