Job Description

LWC Developer/MHE/Hemachandran

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Salesforce Developer

with deep expertise in

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, LWC, and modern Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact CRM capabilities that drive business value.

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality
LWC
-based solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries using LWC.
Write
Apex classes
, triggers, and test classes to support business logic and integrations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
Collaborate with functional consultants, QA engineers, and admins to understand business requirements.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
3+ years specifically working with
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
Experience with Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, SFDX).
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms using APIs.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
