Salesforce Lead with Agentforce

As the technical platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a crucial role in concept development, design, and feasibility analysis. You will establish standards and best practices within the chapter or capability, ensuring adherence to these guidelines. It is essential to maintain an appropriate level of technical documentation to support platform usage effectively. Your expertise will be sought by the Platform Owner for advice on platform usage, comparison with other platforms, and thought leadership on related technologies. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and contribute to pre-sales activities is a key responsibility. Proactively suggesting new features or tools will be part of your role. Alignment and communication with other service lines on overarching practices and approaches are necessary for successful integration. You will focus on ensuring the reusability of features within business functions and educating service managers on upcoming features and capabilities. Experience in OMNI scripts or FSL will be advantageous, and a willingness to explore industry-focused solutions like Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce AI is desired. In terms of technical skills, you should have a strong background in Salesforce, particularly in either the base cloud sales or service domain. Proficiency in developing Apex classes, Apex test classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Aura components, and Lightning Web components is essential. Your responsibilities will include developing and customizing Salesforce applications using various technologies, executing unit tests for code coverage and functionality validation, and working with flows, custom objects, and approval processes. Integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs will be part of your duties, and you will utilize Bitbucket for managing code changes and deployment across different environments. Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members, participating in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices adherence, and staying updated with Salesforce updates and new technologies are critical aspects of this role. A minimum of three Salesforce certifications is required for this position.,
