Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Develop, execute, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Ruby with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing. Perform manual testing as required, preferably in a Salesforce environment. Ensure thorough testing of applications in the Insurance domain, leveraging industry-specific knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, following established testing processes. Effectively track and manage testing tasks using tools like JIRA and Qtest for test case management and defect tracking.
