Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance

  Salesforce applications

  using

  Apex

  ,

  Lightning Components

  , and

  LWC

  .
• Work extensively with the

  Lightning Framework

  and

  Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)

  to create responsive UI components.
• Implement and customize

  Sales Cloud

  and

  Service Cloud

  functionality based on business requirements.
• Drive end-to-end

  custom development

  and

  integration

  with third-party systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Build and maintain

  Lightning Pages

  ,

  custom UI

  , and reusable

  LWC components

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal user experience and system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including business analysts, architects, and testers.
• Apply

  object-oriented design

  ,

  trigger frameworks

  , and

  design patterns

  to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in

  code reviews

  ,

  technical discussions

  , and

  configuration vs. customization

  decisions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and platform enhancements to improve performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to documentation, including

  functional design documents

  technical specs

  , and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 to 5 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Salesforce development

  and platform customization.
• Strong expertise in:

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Apex programming

  (Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs)

• Salesforce Flows

• API integrations

  (REST/SOAP)
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce Admin fundamentals

  :
• Record Types, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets, Profiles, and Sales Cloud configuration.
• Experience with deployment tools:

• Change Sets

  ,

  ANT Migration Tool

  , or

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
• Ability to write efficient, reusable, and testable code with a focus on performance and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle production incidents and root cause analysis.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience with

  Service Cloud

  or

  Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

  .
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Admin) are a plus.
• Experience in industries such as Telecom, BFSI, or Utilities.
