Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, Admin configuration, and REST API integration. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development: o Design and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes. o Implement Flows and other declarative tools to automate business processes. Platform Configuration: o Perform admin configurations such as custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. o Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to align with business needs. Integration: o Develop and manage REST API integrations with external systems. o Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability through integration tools. Troubleshooting and Support: o Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations. o Provide technical support and guidance to users. Testing and Deployment: o Perform unit testing and participate in system testing. o Deploy solutions following best practices and ensure minimal disruption to business processes. Collaboration: o Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proficiency in: Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) Flows and declarative tools Salesforce Admin configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.) REST API Integration Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for development and deployment. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
