• Design, build, and deploy analytics dashboards and data visualizations using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).• Leverage Einstein Discovery to build predictive and prescriptive models that support sales performance, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.• Conduct data preparation and ETL processes within Salesforce using dataflows, recipes, and connectors.• Develop and maintain scalable data models and datasets optimized for analytics use cases.• Monitor model performance and interpret findings, ensuring high accuracy and relevance of insights.• Create and maintain documentation for analytical workflows, model assumptions, and business logic.• Drive adoption of analytics solutions through training, presentations, and ongoing support to stakeholders.
