Salesforce Apex Developer

As a Salesforce Apex Developer at HCL Technologies working for Hyundai in Gurugram, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Apex classes, triggers, and associated logic to enhance Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) will be crucial in implementing customized solutions for Hyundai's business needs. You will collaborate with the team on Salesforce configuration tasks such as creating custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security models. Additionally, you will integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware platforms like MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and other standard tools. Your role will involve participating in requirement analysis, estimation, code review, testing, and deployment cycles. You will troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring performance optimizations and adherence to Hyundai's enterprise standards and HCL governance. To be successful in this position, you must have at least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex development, demonstrated expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), and strong Salesforce configuration skills. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with downstream teams and stakeholders is essential. Nice to have skills include Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant), experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, exposure to additional Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ), and working with enterprise clients in the automotive industry.
