Salesforce Admin & Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin + Developer to become a valuable member of our team in Pune. You should possess a strong combination of administrative and development skills within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include system configuration, development, addressing technical debt, and suggesting scalable solutions. This role demands a proactive approach, the ability to work autonomously, and effective collaboration with diverse teams to enhance our Salesforce environment. Your duties will involve performing various Salesforce administrative tasks such as user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Moreover, you will customize Salesforce through declarative tools like flows, process builder, validation rules, as well as through custom development using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Identifying technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement within the existing Salesforce instance will be crucial. Your role will also entail proposing and implementing solutions to boost platform efficiency and scalability, in addition to collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into technical designs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools, alongside creating and managing documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Ensuring platform compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and company policies is imperative. Additionally, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user training as necessary will be part of your role. The ideal candidate should possess 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce encompassing both administration and development. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL is paramount. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects is also required. Prior experience in identifying and resolving technical debt in Salesforce environments, as well as with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, etc.), is crucial. Preferred qualifications include being a Salesforce Certified Administrator & Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus), familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins, and exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello. Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud is advantageous. Immediate joiners with excellent communication skills are highly preferred. This is a contractual/temporary position with a duration of 6 months. The work schedule is during the day shift.
