Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue growth in the
interior design or home improvement
domain.
Generate and manage
B2C leads
(consumer-facing), partly from digital marketing and partly through own network.
Meet clients both in the
field
and
showroom
Understand design trends and client needs to
upsell and close deals
effectively.
Build strong relationships with
homeowners, walk-in clients, and stakeholders
.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years
in
business development/sales
, preferably in
home interiors, furnishings, or lifestyle products
like carpets, wallpapers, kitchen solutions, etc.
Leadership & target achievement track record.
Passion and eye for
design, home dcor trends
, and
client satisfaction.

Other Details:

Location: Bangalore (Halasuru)
Compensation: Apart from your fixed CTC, you can earn up to 5L as annual incentive
