Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of B2B sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate corporate and institutional leads

  • Identify and build strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners

  • Guide the team in pitching real estate projects to businesses and investors

  • Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and drive accountability

  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to support lead generation and client engagement

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
