Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team with technical product demonstrations, customer support, and clinical interactions. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about working in the medical devices sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstration & Technical Support

• Conduct in-hospital product demos to doctors, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Provide training and technical assistance on product usage and safety.
• Resolve product-related queries promptly and professionally.

2. Sales Support

• Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing field-level assistance.
• Follow up with existing clients for satisfaction, usage, and feedback.
• Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily visit logs, client feedback reports, and demo records.
• Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer needs with the sales and product teams.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales support, product demo, or technical roles (Medical/Healthcare preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore and nearby areas
• Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
• Basic proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
