Job Description:
What will you do:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end sales operations at the site.
• Ensure site targets are achieved in terms of bookings, customer visits, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to boost customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Supervise and guide on-site sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure timely documentation, payment follow-up, and coordination with banks for loan processing.
• Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain site discipline and ensure an excellent customer experience during site visits.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate process and documentation.
• Sound knowledge of banking processes related to home loans and customer financing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
