Ltd. was founded in 2008, and currently have four main lines of business: Volvo Dealership : Selling and servicing construction equipment in Delhi NCR, South Haryana, UP & UK with headquarters in Faridabad. Rental Services : Providing cranes and aerial platforms pan-India to major clients like L&T, Adani, TCS, Aurobindo, Honda, Maruti Suzuki & DLF etc. ELGI Dealership : Selling and servicing of compressors. ¢ Terex Powerscreen Dealership : Focused on Mobile crushers. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to manage the sales for our range of Heavy construction equipment, including Excavator, Wheel loader, Grader and related machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction equipment Sales. Key Responsibilities: ¢ Promote and sell related heavy construction equipment to contractors, mining companies, and infrastructure firms. ¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their equipment needs and providing solutions. ¢ Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase machinery benefits. ¢ Provide after-sales technical support including initial commissioning and basic troubleshooting. ¢ Coordinate with the service team for maintenance, repairs, and spare parts follow-up. ¢ Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. ¢ Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Requirements: ¢ Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in sales of construction or mining equipment (preferably Excavator, Wheel Loader, Grader or similar machinery). ¢ Hands-on experience or sound understanding of sales of construction equipment. ¢ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ¢ Ability to travel frequently and work independently. ¢ Technical diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred. ¢ Previous experience with brands like CAT, Hyundai, Liugong, etc. is an advantage.
