About the Role We are hiring two Sales Representatives to support our U.S.-based operations. The ideal candidates will manage outreach, pitch publication services, and close business with decision-makers across small to mid-sized enterprises. This role demands disciplined follow-up, professional communication, and a clear understanding of consultative sales in a U.S. business environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured outreach to prospects via email and LinkedIn (leads provided or researched). Present our publication opportunities (editorial profiles, advertising, and branding options) to senior executives. Build rapport with decision-makers and move them through the sales funnel. Manage follow-ups, handle objections, and close deals with professionalism. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including call logs, notes, and pipeline updates. Meet individual and team targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field. 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or U.S.-focused markets. Demonstrated ability to handle long sales cycles and high-ticket pitches. Familiarity with U.S. business culture, sales etiquette, and objection-handling techniques. Work Culture & Expectations Comfortable working during U.S. time zones (EST/PST), including overlap with early or late evening IST hours. Performance-focused with a strong sense of accountability and integrity. Able to work remotely with clear deliverables and communication. Collaborative mindset and willingness to support peers when required. Experience Required : 02 years (preferably in B2B or media sales)
