Position: Sales Officer Territory Sales In-Charge Retail Sales Location: Bangalore (Must be willing to travel across Karnataka) Industry: Automotive Aftermarket Wood Finishes Retail Sales Language: Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory Key Responsibilities Manage retail sales operations across Bangalore and extend coverage to all key regions of Karnataka. Visit and develop retail counters, body shops, hardware stores, paint dealers, and woodworking outlets. Promote products through in-store demos, customer training, and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and retailers. Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and on-time collections. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets with a focus on market expansion. Provide market insights and competitor analysis. Requirements 23 years of retail sales experience in auto aftermarket, paints, wood finishes, or tools & consumables. Must be based in Bangalore and open to frequent travel across Karnataka. Proficiency in Kannada is essential. Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
