Sales Officer

SAP consulting

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for SAP services and software products.
  
• Identify potential clients in manufacturing, retail, logistics, and other verticals.
  
• Promote SAP modules (e.g., SAP PP, MM, SD, FICO) and custom ERP/software solutions.
  
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, closure.
  
• Represent Gemba Infotech at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
  
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  
• Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate lead and sales records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  
• 25 years of experience in IT/SAP/software sales and business development.
  
• Strong knowledge of ERP market, especially SAP modules and offerings.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with SAP consulting firms or ERP software companies.
  
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, or CRM tools.
  
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
