Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by achieving monthly targets through effective planning, execution, and control.
  • Handle distributors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within the assigned territory by exploring potential markets, increasing market share, and expanding product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve regional objectives such as promotions, events, and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade Sales principles.
  • Proven track record in Territory Sales management.
  • Excellent Area Sales skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
